This week Bryan and Rob talk about some of the news out of San Diego Comic Con. The Walking Dead Comic comes to an end. Brandon Routh to return as Superman. Star Trek Pickard. Battle of the Planets. Swamp Thing. Shazam. There's even an evil worm in a jar!
This week on the show; Kevin finally watched Man of Steel, reeling Rob back into the critic's chair. Jennifer and Bryan provide an honest (but spoiler-free) review of Ant-Man And The Wasp. The spoiler problem in pop culture (referring to the NY Times spoilers for Batman #50 the wedding of Batman & Catwoman). Also, the passing of legendary comics creator Steve Ditko, co-creator of Spider-Man and Dr. Strange with Stan Lee, creator of Blue Beetle, The Question, Captain Atom, Hawk & Dove, and many other classic characters. Finally, what did Wal-Mart and DC comics do that really pissed Bryan off? Find out this week on... The Big Time Podcast.
On this special mini-episode of The BigTime Podcast, Bryan tortures everyone by trying to get the team to do improv and impressions. Rob really doesn't like improv. Kevin and Jen get a gold star for sticking with it for as long as they did.
Note: This episode was originally labelled 43.5 but has since been renamed to 44 to keep things consistent in iTunes. Unfortunately, we can't change the file name, just the post title, so keep that in mind if you download the episode.
